Texas Boho Wedding

When I first met with Candace + Tony to discuss details for their big day, it felt as if I was meeting old friends for drinks! If you have read any of my past wedding blog posts, your thinking "Bailey, you say that about every couple you shoot!" Well that's because I love to create deep connections with my couples. I want to make sure we vibe, and not just have a professional relationship, but a true friendship.

Due to the yucky Covid we all know and hate, we were unable to meet at the usual Coffee shop, but luckily Chilli's was open so we snagged us a table and a couple beers and got to work!

Candace also brought her Mom along, and let me tell you.. that lady is an absolute angel. We sat and talked as if we all had known each other for years, and the irony of it all... we kinda had!

After chit-chatting for about an hour and learning of where Candace grew up, we realized that Candace and my older sister went to Kindergarten - High School together! So crazy!

Through this meeting I was also able to discover the pure, raw love that Candace + Tony have for each other. The kind of love you can feel yourself. The way Tony looks at Candace can give your goosebumps goosebumps!

Their wedding day was nothing short of pure magic. Lisa Sheilds, the owner of Old Quail Run Farm in Sherman Tx completely outdid herself with everything she includes in her wedding package! You want music, she got you! You want a decadent cake? She got you there too! Right down to the flowers, tablescapes, and decor - This venue offers it all!

The feeling of walking through the yard that day was indescribable. The weather, the colors, the feeling of love... pure magic!

I am so incredibly happy for these two and I wish them nothing but the best on their lifelong journey together!

Cheers to the Newly Mr. + Mrs. Rempe!
